1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

11 Limitation of Liability

gbd444's total liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from use of the Platform is limited to the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

15 Governing Language

In the event of any dispute, the English-language version of these terms shall prevail. gbd444 serves the Bangladesh market in English and all formal communications between the Platform and Players shall be conducted in English.
